Located down a bustling street, we enjoyed the accessibility to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment. the cleanliness of the room and modern bathroom impressed us. the staff was friendly and accommodating when it came to requests. the breakfast had a good variety of options and one of our favorites was the picadas. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room had a great view of the city.
The noise from the street could be heard inside the room slightly.

Great value for money. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. the hotel had a good location close to many sightseeing locations and was easy to find. the room was spacious and decorated nicely with comfortable bedding. the room had a well, stocked minibar and a flat, screen TV. WiFi was free and speedy, and our room was serviced daily.
Our romantic escape to this hotel was far from perfect. Breakfast was disappointing with limited choices and repetitive food.

I had a great stay at a centrally located hotel in Orizaba. The upgraded room was modern and super clean. The shower had plenty of room and was recently updated. Despite the lack of double glazing, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast had more choice than expected. I highly recommend this place for its location and cleanliness.

The hotel had a pretty good location, it was close to many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and always seemed eager to help. , the internet and television worked well during our stay.
Our Easter vacation at this hotel was not as great as we expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast offered was not very tasty and the variety of options was limited.
